Job Description & Requirements

We are seeking a skilled Mobile Physical Rehabilitation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing physical therapy services to patients in a variety of settings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify areas of improvement and track progress
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination
Requirements:
  • Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of North Carolina
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role or setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
