Job Title: Mobile Therapist Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled Mobile Therapist Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with patients and help them achieve their goals.
About the Role:
- As a Mobile Therapist Specialist, you will be responsible for working with patients in various settings, including homes and clinics.
- You will assess patients' conditions and develop personalized treatment plans to help them improve their mobility and overall well-being.
- You will work closely with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure that patients receive the best possible care.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical abilities and develop targeted treatment plans.
- Implement evidence-based therapies to improve patients' mobility and reduce pain.
- Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Document patient progress and outcomes in accordance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Current licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift and move patients as needed.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
