Job Summary:
Domino's Franchise is seeking a highly motivated and organized Assistant Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for assisting the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations, managing staff, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
Assist the Store Manager in supervising staff and maintaining a clean and organized store environment
Manage inventory, including ordering supplies and monitoring stock levels
Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and customer satisfaction
Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer concerns and resolving issues in a timely manner
Maintain accurate records, including sales data, inventory levels, and employee performance
Requirements:
Valid U.S. employment authorization
Friendly and approachable demeanor
Ability to work well under stress and in a fast-paced environment
Organized and efficient in time management
Preferred restaurant experience
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Working Conditions:
Work in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions
Stand for long periods, walk, and move around the store
Lift up to 50 pounds, carry trays, and push/pull equipment
Work in a team environment, collaborating with staff to achieve goals
