About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Behavioral Therapist - BCBA Supervisor to join our team at Fraser. As a BCBA Supervisor, you will play a critical role in providing behavioral assessment, intervention, and consultation for preschool-aged children within our ABA program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement treatment plans for clients with behavioral, emotional, and developmental concerns, utilizing principles of behavior analysis.
  • Provide work direction to direct care staff in the ABA program.
  • Provide clinical supervision to individuals pursuing their BCBA/BCaBA and RBT certifications.
