    • Lead projects to upgrade existing systems, deploy new technologies, and implement best-in-class IT solutions.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize initiatives and allocate resources effectively.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or another related field is required.
  • At least 7 years of experience in IT management, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Strong team leader, with proven ability to cultivate high performing teams and facilitate organizational growth of high performing team members.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex infrastructure projects.
  • Ability to manage multiple demands simultaneously, prioritize with alignment to organizational goals and objectives and build consensus among conflicting priorities.
  • Deep understanding of networking, virtualization, cloud computing, and other relevant technologies.
  • Strong knowledge of IT security principles and practices, with experience implementing security controls and protocols.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
