The estimated annual salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000, based on industry standards and location factors.

About the Position

This role will involve delivering clinical services to students in accordance with current ethical and professional standards. Key responsibilities include assessment, clinical intervention, consultation, education, advocacy, and referral to needed services.

  • Collaborate with school professionals to develop and implement individualized plans for students;
  • Provide clinical interventions to support student well-being and academic success;
  • Consult with teachers and other staff members to enhance their understanding of student needs;
  • Develop and maintain relationships with community resources to support student referrals;
  • Stay up-to-date with federal, state, and local regulations related to school-based services.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • A valid LMSW, LCSW, LMHC, MSW, or MHC license;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders, including students, teachers, and parents;
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills;
  • Capacity to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
