The ideal candidate for this role will have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as social sciences or public policy, and at least 5 years of experience in program evaluation. A Master's degree or Ph.D. in Economics, Environmental Sciences, Social Sciences, or a related field is preferred. The successful candidate will have experience developing federal Information Collection Requests and familiarity with the Paperwork Reduction Act (PRA) requirements. They will also be proficient in statistical analysis software, such as SPSS, STATA, or R, and have experience working with federal agencies, preferably the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).
