About the Role

The Housekeeping Inspector is a key member of our hotel's operations team, responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation in our guest rooms and public areas. This is a critical role that requires attention to detail, strong leadership skills, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect and ensure the cleanliness and presentation of guest rooms and common areas
  • Train and supervise housekeeping staff to ensure they meet our high standards
  • Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and order replenishment supplies as needed
  • Report any maintenance issues or damages to hotel leadership
  • Coordinate with the Front Desk to prioritize cleaning of occupied and vacant rooms
  • Assist with deep cleaning and special projects as needed
Requirements
  • Prior experience in housekeeping leadership or similar roles
  • Knowledge of cleaning and sanitation procedures
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
  • Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects
