Key Responsibilities:- Standardize quality metrics across the organization to enhance operational processes.
- Generate and present reports on Cardiopulmonary quality initiatives and outcomes.
- Ensure adherence to governmental and accreditation standards.
- Build positive relationships with stakeholders and facilitate staff training and development.
- Lead committees, formulate action plans, and monitor progress as needed.
- Graduate from an AMA-accredited Respiratory Therapy Technology program.
- Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Respiratory Therapy or a related discipline, along with an active Ohio license.
- Exhibit strong leadership, communication, and analytical capabilities.
- Active Ohio Respiratory Care License (RCP) is mandatory.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification is required.
- Demonstrate clinical skills and the capacity to work independently under pressure.
A minimum of six years of patient care experience, particularly in critical care and emergency settings. Previous experience as a clinical instructor is preferred, along with familiarity with accreditation inspection processes and Quality Control methodologies.
Physical Requirements:- Demonstrate compliance with all OSHA standards, including the handling of hazardous materials.
- Ability to stand, walk, lift, and transport equipment during shifts.
- Commitment to safety protocols, including Bloodborne Pathogen Exposure training.
Follow standard precautions and utilize personal protective equipment as necessary.
