Key Responsibilities- Assist surgeons during surgical procedures, ensuring the highest level of patient care and safety.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement effective care plans.
- Provide education and support to patients and families, promoting a positive and empowering experience.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development of best practices and policies.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Current RN license in the state of Florida.
- At least 2 years of experience as a First Assistant in the Operating Room.
- BLS and ACLS certification through the American Heart Association.
- Current PALS certification through the American Heart Association.
- CSFA certification (through NBSTSA) or SA-C certification (through ABSA).
