Primary Care Physician

Nuvance Health Medical Practice is seeking a compassionate Primary Care Physician to join our team in Brookfield, Connecticut. As a Primary Care Physician, you will provide comprehensive care to our patients in a team-based environment.
About the RoleThis is a full-time, office-based position providing outpatient services only. You will work with a multidisciplinary support staff to promote the health and well-being of our patients. We utilize a state-of-the-art Electronic Health Record fully integrated across all our hospitals and sites.
Requirements- MD or DO
- CT State License, Federal DEA and State Controlled Substance Registration
- Have successfully completed an Internal Medicine Residency, Family Medicine Residency or an Internal Medicine AND Pediatric Residency
- Experience as a Primary Care Physician preferred but new grads are welcome to apply
- Must be Board Certified or be Board Eligible
- Off-hour coverage - Shared among multiple providers, phone-calls only with nurse triage
Nuvance Health Medical Practice offers a competitive total compensation package including base salary, incentive pay, paid time off, CME time off and allowance, medical, dental, vision, life, disability, 401k match and contribution. Hiring bonus and relocation stipend may also be available.
