Job Overview:

As an Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT) Analyst at General Dynamics Information Technology, you will play a crucial role in safeguarding our nation. You will leverage cutting-edge technology to provide operational support and deliver actionable intelligence, ensuring a secure present and a smarter future.

Your responsibilities will include evaluating diverse online information sources such as social media, forums, the dark web, news feeds, and cryptocurrency data. Your analytical skills will be vital in identifying investigative opportunities and supporting various investigative programs, including cybercrime and workplace violence.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive analysis of data from multiple online sources to uncover critical intelligence.
  • Perform prioritized assessments to identify reliable data patterns, including bitcoins, locations, and IP addresses.
  • Create detailed intelligence reports documenting the evaluation process and conclusions drawn.
  • Utilize advanced cyber intelligence tools to actively search and mine publicly available and dark web data.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of criminal methodologies and online marketplaces.
  • Deliver clear and concise analysis results to various organizational levels.

Requirements:

A Bachelor’s Degree in criminal justice, intelligence studies, or a related field is preferred, along with a minimum of 10 years of work experience, including 8 years in intelligence operations supporting law enforcement missions.

Proficiency in visual tools such as i2 Analyst Notebook, Microstrategy, and Tableau is essential. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail are crucial for success in this collaborative environment.

Active Top Secret Security Clearance is required, along with U.S. Citizenship.
