Job Summary

We are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at Hart County Rehab & Wellness Center. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing daily personal care to residents, including ambulating and transferring residents, recording vital signs, and observing residents for any changes in condition.

Responsibilities
  • Provide daily personal care to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Change bed linens and maintain grooming supplies in residents' rooms
  • Ambulate and transfer residents, using appropriate assistive devices
  • Record vital signs and other information as assigned
  • Observe residents and report any changes in condition
Requirements
  • Current Nursing Certification from the state
  • Current/active CPR certification
