Job Summary

We are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at Signature HealthCARE of Hart County Rehab & Wellness Center. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing daily personal care to our residents, including changing bed linens and maintaining grooming supplies in their rooms. You will also ambulate and transfer residents, using appropriate assistive devices, and record vital signs and other information as assigned. Responsibilities
  • Provide daily personal care to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Change bed linens and maintain grooming supplies in residents' rooms
  • Ambulate and transfer residents, using appropriate assistive devices
  • Record vital signs and other information as assigned
  • Observe residents and report any changes in condition
Requirements
  • Current Nursing Certification from the state
  • Current/active CPR certification
