Gastroenterology Clinic Resource Nurse

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our Gastroenterology team as a Clinic Resource Nurse. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our team.
Key Responsibilities- Provide clinical support to patients and families in the Gastroenterology clinic, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care coordination and effective communication.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure optimal care delivery.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical guidelines, research, and best practices in gastroenterology.
- Bachelor's degree in nursing required.
- At least 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in gastroenterology or a related field.
- Current licensure as a registered nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
- Strong understanding of gastrointestinal conditions, procedures, and treatment modalities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
