We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our Gastroenterology team at Mass General Brigham. As a Motility Lab RN, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, ensuring operating efficiencies, and maintaining compliance with hospital and regulatory policies and standards of practice.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver care in the outpatient motility procedural rooms
- Perform motility tests on patients
- Facilitate the flow of the motility procedure rooms, including patient intake, procedure, and post-procedure clean up
- Ensure the motility procedure rooms are kept up to standard with DPH and MGH requirements
- Order supplies and equipment for the motility procedure rooms
- Work closely with scheduling teams to ensure efficient use of rooms and resources
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
- Valid Massachusetts RN licensure
- Minimum 5 years of experience in gastroenterology, with a preference for motility/neuro-intestinal health experience
- Experience working in a tertiary/academic medical center preferred
- Experience working with Epic care preferred
