Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct foot patrols to oversee the premises.
  • Provide front desk support and exceptional customer service.
  • Manage access control, ensuring only authorized personnel enter the facility while maintaining a visitor log.
  • Respond to alarms and emergencies promptly and effectively.
  • Document incidents and prepare reports in a timely manner.
  • Enforce company policies and regulations.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Valid NYS Security Guard License.
  • Valid Driver's License.
  • Experience in concierge services.
  • Proficient in computer usage.
  • At least one year of consistent experience in security roles.
  • Professional communication skills and appearance.
  • Excellent customer service abilities and a courteous demeanor.
  • Mature outlook with the capability to handle escalated situations.
  • Valid CPR-AED certification is a plus.
  • Strong work ethic.
