Strategic Security Corp. is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Security Officer to join our team in Albany, NY. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our clients and their properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct unarmed foot patrols within a Government, corporate, retail or fast food environment
  • Provide superior service to customers, visitors and employees
  • Compose reports, monitor CCTV and alarm systems, control access and egress, deter criminal activity and misconduct
  • Participate in SSC's G.E.T. principals: Greet, Engage and Thank individuals for their business or patronizing the location
  • Perform security patrols of designated areas on foot or in vehicle
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Pass a State licensing test if driving a company-owned or client-provided vehicle
  • Pass and possess a State Licensed Unarmed Security Guard Card / License if required by your State / City / Locality
  • 1 year of experience as a security officer (strongly preferred)
