Responsibilities:
  • Provide exercise instruction and patient education to improve patient well-being
  • Follow established plans of care and make recommendations for changes as needed
  • Coordinate care with other members of the healthcare team
  • Instruct patients, families, caregivers, and other healthcare team members on therapy within the scope of the Physical Therapy Assistant
Requirements:
  • Current licensed, registered, or certified to assist in the practice of physical therapy in the state of practice
  • Current CPR certification
  • Current driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation
