About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Rehabilitation Technician to join our team at ATI Physical Therapy. As a key member of our clinical support staff, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide direct patient care and support under the supervision of licensed clinicians, including setting up and adjusting exercise equipment, instructing, and monitoring exercise performance.
  • Maintain a clean and organized clinic environment, adhering to cleaning and sanitation protocols, and ensuring equipment is clean and functioning properly.
  • Assist with patient intake and registration, including reviewing paperwork, verifying benefits, and completing medical forms.
  • Support the conversion of referrals into evaluations, assist with patient rescheduling, and provide primary support during the daily patient check-in process.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; healthcare experience and customer service background preferred.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing exceptional patient care and support.
