We are seeking a highly motivated Mental Health Technician to join our team at Temple University Health System.

Job Summary:

As a Mental Health Technician, you will work under the direction of Registered Nurses to complete patient assessments and provide patient care. You will also be responsible for maintaining a safe environment and accurate documentation.

About the Role:

  • Conduct patient assessments under the supervision of Registered Nurses
  • Provide high-quality patient care and support
  • Maintain a safe and organized environment
  • Document patient information accurately and efficiently
  • Lead and co-lead therapeutic activities

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Health, Mental Health, or related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic life support certification (BLS)

Salary Information:

The estimated salary range for this position is $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a competitive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
