- Conduct thorough assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans, and evaluate patient outcomes
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions and effective communication
- Participate in performance improvement initiatives, promoting evidence-based practice and research
- Provide education and support to patients, families, and caregivers, empowering them to make informed decisions about their care
- Graduate of an accredited/approved school of nursing
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Georgia
- Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in electronic medical records
- Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) from an accredited school of nursing
- Experience in direct patient care, preferably in a hospital setting
