Overview:

Martin/Martin Consulting Engineers is seeking an experienced structural engineer to lead our team in Lakewood, Colorado. As a senior project manager, you will oversee the design and implementation of nationally recognized projects in advanced industries.

We are a civil, structural, and investigative consulting engineering firm with over 70 years of experience. Our mission is to provide custom solutions for new constructions and expansions, while maintaining a strong record in notable projects like Coors Field.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage engineering and technician staff to complete projects.
  • Coordinate structural design scope in-house and with other consultants.
  • Develop, monitor, and manage project work plans, schedules, and design budgets.
  • Serve as the primary point-of-contact with clients and contractors for their projects throughout design and construction.
  • Develop and implement project specific QA/QC plans.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering from an ABET accredited engineering curriculum.
  • 9 years progressive engineering experience (MSCE/MSAE counts as 1 year). Passing the 16-hour SE exam also counts as 1 year.
  • Demonstrates leadership abilities beneficial to the company's future.
  • Experience managing advanced industries projects (Aerospace, Pharmaceutical, Semi-Conductor, Data Center, Manufacturing).
  • Revit Knowledge.
