About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Certified Medication Aide to join our team at Elevate Health and Rehabilitation. As a Medication Aide, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safe and effective administration of medications to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accurately prepare, administer, and document medications as ordered by licensed physicians.
  • Verify resident identity and medication orders to prevent errors.
  • Monitor and document medication administration, including any refusals or discrepancies.
  • Assist with medication charting and ordering supplies as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of medication inventory and narcotic usage.
Requirements
  • Current Medication Aide Certification for Skilled Nursing Facility.
  • Active CPR certification.
  • Effective verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office and internet navigation.
  • High level of professionalism and ability to maintain confidentiality.
