  • Definir y controlar el proceso de producción, incluyendo herramientas y equipos. Validar especificaciones de diseño y aplicación en el piso de producción de nuevos productos, herramientas o equipos. Incluye Ingenieros de Manufactura.
  • Desarrollar un conocimiento profundo de una disciplina técnica. Utiliza la experiencia previa y la pericia técnica adquirida para ejecutar políticas y estrategias.
  • Comprensión profunda de los impulsores clave del negocio; utiliza esta comprensión para llevar a cabo su propio trabajo. Comprensión profunda de cómo el trabajo de su propio equipo se integra con otros equipos y contribuye al área.
  • Utiliza cierto nivel de juicio y tiene la capacidad de proponer diferentes soluciones fuera de los parámetros establecidos, pero con orientación.

Calificaciones Requeridas
  • Título universitario en Ingeniería Mecánica, Eléctrica, Industrial o un título técnico relacionado y 3 años de experiencia, o Título de Asociado y 5 años de experiencia, o Diploma de Secundaria con 7 años de experiencia en producción, ingeniería o resolución de problemas de sistemas basados en PC/servidores.
  • Comprensión de los procedimientos de QA y pruebas de TI.
  • Buenas habilidades analíticas y de planificación.
Características Deseadas
  • Candidatos con un sólido historial en desarrollo de procesos de manufactura preferidos.
  • Experiencia de co-op o pasantía en Ingeniería de Manufactura.
  • Certificación en 6-sigma DMAIC y DFSS.
  • Experiencia en manufactura intensiva en procesos.
  • Experiencia en desarrollo de productos y procesos.
  • Conocimiento sólido de los procedimientos QMS de GE Healthcare para Buenas Prácticas de Manufactura.
  • Experiencia en el desarrollo de herramientas y plantillas.
  • Habilidades demostradas en gestión de programas o proyectos.
  • Experiencia demostrada en la propiedad de procesos de producción / crecimiento de capacidad en rendimiento y calidad.
  • Experiencia trabajando con equipos globales.
