Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement advanced manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and quality
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and optimize factory layouts
  • Customize machinery and equipment to meet specific production needs
  • Drive process improvement initiatives to reduce costs and increase productivity
  • Work closely with manufacturing teams to ensure seamless execution of production plans
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need a PhD degree in Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Material Science, Microelectronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemistry, Physics, or a related STEM field. Additionally, you should have 6+ months of educational or industry experience.

We offer a competitive salary range of $105,797.00-$175,105.00, depending on location and experience. This is an entry-level position, and we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health, retirement, and vacation benefits.
