Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy Services is seeking a dedicated Licensed Behavior Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will provide direct therapeutic services to clients while overseeing a manageable caseload of 4-6 individuals. We pride ourselves on fostering a supportive work environment and offer opportunities for professional development, including continuing education credits and performance incentives. The anticipated salary range for the first year is between $75,000 and $90,000.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and periodic reassessments for clients.
- Formulate individualized goals and objectives for inclusion in client Treatment Plans.
- Develop detailed written guidelines for behavioral interventions and educational programs.
- Collect and analyze data for each goal/objective during direct service sessions.
- Maintain accurate records in company software and the client's confidential file.
- Provide training on behavioral interventions and applied behavior analysis to families and staff members.
- Evaluate data to assess the effectiveness of programs.
- Supervise and mentor Behavior Therapists.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of a master's degree or equivalent in psychology, special education, Applied Behavior Analysis, or a related field is preferred.
- Certification as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) as recognized by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
- At least 1 year of experience working with children, adolescents, and/or adults with diverse special needs.
- Familiarity with effective behavioral intervention strategies, learning theories, and instructional methods, as well as relevant ethics, laws, and regulations.
- Proficient in using technology, including Office 365, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and ABA software platforms.
