Job Summary

We are seeking skilled LPNs and RNs to join our team at Interim HealthCare of Western Michigan - Staffing. As a nurse with our company, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of settings, including medical offices, assisted living facilities, hospitals, and schools.

Key Responsibilities
  • Care for patients with a range of illnesses, injuries, and diseases, working under the supervision of an RN.
  • Collaborate with a team of physicians, nurses, CNAs, and aides to deliver high-quality patient care.
  • Take patient vitals, conduct assessments, document progress, and report changes to the RN supervisor.
  • Administer medication, operate medical equipment, and maintain a safe environment.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program and active LPN or RN license in Michigan.
  • CPR certification.
  • Knowledge of state and federal healthcare laws and regulations.
  • Demonstrated clinical proficiency, critical thinking skills, good communication skills, and compassion.
