The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, based on experience and education.
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced School Psychologist to join our team in Lisbon, ME. As an Education Specialist with ProCare Therapy, you will have the opportunity to work with students, parents, teachers, and administrators to provide equitable services and support.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological assessments and develop intervention strategies to support student success
- Collaborate with teachers and administrators to develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Provide counseling and consultation services to students, parents, and staff
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of student progress and services provided
Requirements:
- Master's or doctoral degree in School Psychology or a related field from an accredited institution
- State licensure or certification as a School Psychologist
- Knowledge of psychological assessment tools, intervention strategies, and special education regulations
- Strong understanding of child development, learning disabilities, and mental health issues affecting students
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with students, parents, teachers, and administrators
