Job Opportunity

Fresh Perspective Home Care LLC is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Caregiver to join our team in Portage, MI. As a valued member of our team, you will provide personalized care and support to seniors in their homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
  • Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation
  • Accompany clients on errands and outings
  • Develop meaningful relationships with clients and their families

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a caregiver is preferred but not required
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Current and valid driver's license, car insurance, and reliable personal transportation
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and perform the duties of the position
  • Warm and caring personality
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Exhibit responsible and professional behavior
  • Ability to uphold patient confidentiality
