Key Responsibilities

As the Executive Director of Cyber Threat Intelligence and Security, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing a comprehensive cyber threat intelligence and security strategy to protect our business and our customers.
  • Leading a team of cyber threat intelligence and security professionals to identify, analyze, and mitigate cyber threats.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that our cyber threat intelligence and security efforts are aligned with our business objectives.
  • Providing strategic guidance and recommendations to our leadership team on cyber threat intelligence and security matters.
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest cyber threat intelligence and security trends and technologies to ensure that our organization remains ahead of the curve.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as computer science or information technology.
  • At least 12 years of experience in IT and information security, with a minimum of 5 years in a technical leadership role.
  • Experience in leading technical teams and managing budgets.
  • Strong technical knowledge of threat actor motives, targets, and tactics, as well as experience in investigating, mitigating, and defending against cyber threats.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to address both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analysis skills.
  • Ability to work in a matrixed organization and cross-functionally across technical and non-technical teams.
Preferred Qualifications

We are looking for candidates with:

  • A master's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
  • Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, GCTI, CTIA, or GCIH.
