Retail Operations Manager

As a Retail Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting this mission by ensuring that our stores operate efficiently and effectively. Your primary responsibility will be to manage all Front End operations, including Service Center, Self-Checkout, and Food Lion To-Go. You will also be responsible for hiring, training, and developing associates to meet department needs. Additionally, you will supervise the performance of all duties and responsibilities of department associates and provide ongoing performance management training. If you have excellent leadership and communication skills, a strong understanding of store operations and merchandising techniques, and the ability to motivate and inspire others, then this may be the perfect opportunity for you.
About You
We are looking for someone who is highly motivated, organized, and has excellent interpersonal and communication skills. As a Retail Operations Manager, you will work closely with the management team to achieve our company's goals and objectives. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of store operations, including but not limited to:
• Managing all Front End operations, including Service Center, Self-Checkout, and Food Lion To-Go
• Hiring, training, and developing associates to meet department needs
• Supervising the performance of all duties and responsibilities of department associates
• Providing leadership and motivation within the store to promote a culture reflective of our Brand, Strategy, and Culture
