About the Role

This leadership position is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring seamless execution of company initiatives, and achieving profitability targets.

Responsibilities
  • Own the success of your restaurant by growing sales, meeting budget, and creating a culture of accountability among team members.
  • Maintain exceptional front-of-house (FOH) and back-of-house (BOH) results, including Ecosure metrics.
  • Embed CHARM service standards in every guest interaction through effective FOH team management.
  • Communicate company strategies and tactics to drive sales and profitability.
  • Recruit, train, develop, and lead Managers and Team Members, promoting continuous skill development and leadership behaviors.
  • Conduct regular one-on-one sessions with team members and managers, addressing concerns and providing constructive feedback.
  • Implement retention strategies to maintain top talent.
  • Manage receiving and inventory levels, reporting concerns to Area Coaches.
  • Create and delegate daily goals and tasks, ensuring timely completion through consistent follow-up.
  • Monitor sales performance, optimizing scheduling and staffing to meet sales targets.
  • Adhere to company policies, state and federal regulations, and restaurant filing responsibilities, managing finances, bank deposits, and payroll.
Requirements
  • Age: At least 21 years old.
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Experience: Preferably 2+ years of hands-on restaurant management experience.
  • Certifications: ServSafe certification or ability to obtain within 90 days.
  • License: Valid driver's license.
  • Skills:
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Able to analyze issues and problem-solve effectively.
    • Proven sales growth and team motivation abilities.
    • Ability to set clear goals and foster collaboration.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on location and experience. Additionally, you'll enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
