We are seeking an experienced Cake Production Specialist to join our team at Nothing Bundt Cakes. This role is responsible for ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality baked goods.

Job Summary:

The Cake Production Specialist will be responsible for baking cakes, utilizing commercial-grade equipment, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Responsibilities:

• Bake cakes according to proprietary recipes and production methods.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels of baking supplies.
• Assist with cleaning and sanitizing the workstation and restocking supplies as needed.
• Collaborate with the Bakery Manager to develop cake production plans and ensure efficient production processes.

Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to understand and follow instructions and procedures.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
