Adheres to local, state, and federal regulations, codes, policies, and procedures to ensure sanitization and safety while delivering optimal performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintains a clean and safe environment in assigned areas
  • Performs general cleaning tasks to maintain patient rooms, offices, hallways, and other assigned areas
  • Distributes supplies to departments as needed and maintains stock levels
  • Develops effective communication and job performance skills
  • Adheres to local, state, and federal regulations, codes, policies, and procedures

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of maintaining a sterile environment, including proper cleaning procedures and equipment
  • Ability to interpret data and instructions in various forms
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Well-developed time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to operate basic environmental service equipment

Working Conditions:

  • Evening shifts
  • Full-time schedule
  • Variable days of the week
  • Rotating weekends
