At Joyous, we're pioneering a mental health revolution by leveraging AI, cloud infrastructure, and real-time analytics to deliver personalized treatment plans. As a Technical Product Manager, you'll play a key role in shaping our product roadmap and driving growth through innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute product strategies that align with company objectives and patient-centric goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Contribute to the hands-on development and optimization of our product suite, ensuring technical feasibility and innovation.
  • Use data-driven insights and technical expertise to identify product changes that optimize growth and engagement.
  • Lead A/B testing and experiments to measure the impact of growth initiatives.
  • Prioritize and manage the implementation of product enhancements, collaborating closely with engineering teams.
  • Regularly report on product performance and provide actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in a combined product and software engineering role.
  • Hands-on experience shipping code and building products; strong ability to contribute to technical execution when needed.
  • Proven experience driving growth strategies through product development, data analysis, and user experience optimization.
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven product decision-making.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript (React, Node) and familiarity with cloud infrastructure and AI technologies.
  • Experience working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building products that improve patient outcomes.
