Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Product Manager to join our team. As a Technical Product Manager, you will be responsible for driving product development from concept to launch, collaborating with cross-functional teams to build products that enhance user experience, ensure security, and comply with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Vision and Roadmap: Define product vision and roadmap in alignment with company goals, identifying trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to develop and launch new features, ensuring effective communication across different levels of the organization.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data analytics to inform product decisions and measure success, ensuring product compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Stakeholder Management: Manage stakeholder communications, prioritizing product backlog and defining user stories for development teams.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience: 3+ years of product management experience in the tech or crypto industry, with 2+ years in a previous technical position experience.
  • Technical Acumen: Strong technical acumen with an understanding of blockchain technology, excellent communication skills, and fluency in English.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive projects to completion, with Agile/Scrum certification or experience a plus.
