  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Team Leadership - Oversee team members during shifts, delegate tasks, provide constructive feedback, and recognize accomplishments in a respectful manner. Ensure that staff are effectively positioned to meet customer needs. Assist in training Crew Members and hold them accountable for their performance.
    • Operational Excellence for Customer Satisfaction - Focus on guest satisfaction, inspire Crew Members to promptly address customer needs, and maintain service standards. Monitor team performance to uphold quality and cleanliness standards. Complete necessary training, including food safety certifications.
    • Financial Performance - Execute restaurant standards and marketing initiatives effectively. Manage labor costs, food expenses, and cash handling. Ensure adherence to cleanliness, food safety, and security protocols. Provide feedback to Crew Members and report any equipment issues to the Store Manager.

Qualifications:

  • Skills
    • Proficiency in English is required
    • Strong mathematical and written communication skills
    • Previous experience in food service, retail, or supervisory roles is preferred
    • Must be at least 18 years old
    • High school diploma or equivalent is necessary
