Your Role

We are seeking an organized and customer-focused Inside Counter Sales/Customer Service Representative to join our team. This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $45,000 to $65,000 plus bonus/incentive opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Support: Provide assistance to outside sales representatives and plumbing and heating contractors.
  • Order Processing: Process orders, track works orders, and pull customer orders efficiently.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain visual store inventory and unload freight.
  • Promotion: Promote company products and promotions effectively.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • An Associate's Degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school.
  • 1-3 years of related industry work experience.
  • Strong self-motivation, time-management skills, and prior customer service experience.
  • A strong work ethic, ability to exceed sales goals, and willingness to learn and grow with our company.
