As a pivotal member of our emergency and specialty care facility, you will play a crucial role in reshaping the veterinary landscape.

  • This role requires availability on weekends and one weekday.

What does a typical day look like?

The Emergency Client Services Specialist is the initial point of contact for our clients. Your compassionate communication and proactive approach will create a welcoming atmosphere.

Your daily responsibilities will focus on facilitating communication and coordination between clients and the veterinary team. This includes updating staff, coordinating with other services, and engaging with the referring community. Additional tasks involve accurately entering service charges into our processing system and completing end-of-day financial reconciliations. You will encounter diverse cases and have access to resources that support optimal patient care.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of two years of experience in emergency, urgent, or specialty veterinary client services preferred
  • Familiarity with veterinary workflows, procedures, and medical terminology
