About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Process Control Specialist to join our team in Coppell, TX. As a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer, you will be responsible for leading quality aspects of design, installation, commissioning, start-up, and validation of manufacturing systems, processes, products, and facilities. This role involves evaluating equipment, processes, and facilities for potential sources of variation that may impact consistent performance or product quality.

Responsibilities

  1. Develop, implement, and maintain quality control processes to ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards.
  2. Conduct site audits, assessments, and inspections to identify areas for improvement.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
  4. Design, develop, and deliver training programs to enhance quality awareness and skills among team members.
  5. Prepare, review, and revise quality-related documents, such as SOPs, work instructions, and standard operating procedures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a science, technical, or engineering field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical or related industry.
  • Demonstrated expertise in quality management principles, processes, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Salary Range: $140,000 - $200,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. Benefits include comprehensive health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
