About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Validation Specialist to join our team at Life Science Logistics LLC. The ideal candidate will have experience in validation, calibration, and environmental control, as well as strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Documentation Development: Create and maintain accurate and detailed documentation related to validation, calibration, and environmental control.
  • Equipment and Process Transfer: Support the transfer of new equipment and processes, ensuring seamless integration into our operations.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, such as cGMPs, Quality Systems Change Controls, Deviations/Non-Conformances, and CAPAs per 21 CFR 210/211, 820 and Part 11.
  • Training and Communication: Author and revise Standard Operating Procedures, Work Instructions, and training modules with Functional Owners in alignment to control critical systems and ensure conformance to client-specific requirements.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Facilities Management, and Quality leaderships, to achieve company quality standards.
