Key Responsibilities:
  • Craft and serve a diverse range of coffee drinks, including espressos, lattes, and cappuccinos
  • Interact with patrons, take orders, and offer suggestions tailored to their tastes
  • Create stunning latte art to enhance the presentation of each beverage
  • Ensure a tidy and organized workspace, including all equipment and tools
  • Adhere to health and safety standards for high-quality coffee production
  • Promote additional items such as pastries and snacks
  • Manage cash transactions and operate the cash register with precision
  • Deliver warm and efficient customer service to guarantee guest satisfaction
Required Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a Barista or similar capacity is preferred
  • Understanding of coffee brewing methods and machinery
  • Familiarity with different coffee varieties and blends is advantageous
  • Excellent customer service abilities and capability to thrive in a fast-paced setting
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Availability for flexible scheduling, including weekends and holidays
  • Eagerness to learn new recipes and techniques
  • Experience handling cash transactions
