Bionic Prosthetics and Orthotics Group LLC stands as a prominent and rapidly expanding provider of Orthotic and Prosthetic services across the United States, with a network of accredited clinics spanning multiple states.
We are currently in search of a passionate ABC or BOC Certified Prosthetist and/or Orthotist, who may also take on the role of a regional manager based at our primary clinic. This position may also be available at other locations. Prior management experience in an O&P facility is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead clinic operations to ensure exemplary O&P patient care services, serving as a role model for staff.
- Supervise, train, and develop clinic personnel to uphold high standards of professionalism and customer service.
- Collaborate with leadership and central office personnel to ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
- Contribute to the development of the region's annual plan and budget, managing clinical operations accordingly.
- Conduct all responsibilities in compliance with professional standards and relevant laws and regulations.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of payor source policies and demonstrate this knowledge in practice.
- Foster relationships with new and existing referral sources, showcasing strong communication skills.
- Encourage a positive company culture and morale among staff.
- Advise management on new directions for clinic operations.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
