About the JobWe are seeking a licensed practical nurse to join our team of healthcare professionals. As an LPN with IntelyCare, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of settings, including post-acute facilities, and enjoy a flexible schedule that allows you to control your own hours.
Responsibilities- Provide compassionate nursing care to residents in post-acute facilities
- Monitor residents' physical and mental conditions and track their vital signs
- Perform resident intakes, document medical histories, and track health concerns
- Administer and verify medications, track their use and effects
- Cultivate a comfortable and safe facility for residents
- Track residents' medical records and charts
- Assist with the setup of IVs, immunizations, and phlebotomy procedures
- Keep track of medical supplies and maintain a proper inventory
- Be accountable for following and adhering to resident care plans
- Work with staff to orient and train new colleagues
- Current Massachusetts state license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
- Completion of approved Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) educational program
- High school graduation, GED, or equivalent
- At least 6 months of experience (LPN or similar role)
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
- Competitive hourly pay range: $43-$57 (25% higher than average)
