We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Engineering Assistant/Project Controller to join our team at The Dyer Partnership Engineers & Planners, Inc. in Coos Bay, Oregon.
Key Responsibilities- Assist upper management, project managers, and engineers with tasks associated with municipal engineering projects.
- Prepare and review engineering proposals, contracts, and task orders.
- Monitor and track project progress, budgets, and schedules.
- Develop and manage online bidding documents for online bid openings.
- Coordinate with funding agencies and provide required documents.
- Track and file submittals and construction documents.
- Organize and prioritize work assignments to complete tasks on time and with quality.
- Format and proofread documents as requested.
- Bachelor of Science (Engineering preferred).
- Strong technical writing skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with municipal projects related to civil and environmental engineering.
- Minimum of five years of experience in the civil and municipal engineering field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
