At Super Soccer Stars, we are seeking a highly motivated and energetic individual to join our team as a Youth Sports Coach. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and interactive soccer classes to children, while also providing exceptional customer service to parents and guardians.
Key Responsibilities- Class Delivery: Teach and lead high-energy soccer classes, focusing on motor development, teamwork, and sportsmanship.
- Customer Service: Interact with parents, teachers, and directors on a daily basis, providing a positive and welcoming experience for all.
- Communication: Effectively communicate with the office team to report any issues or concerns, and provide solutions to ensure seamless operations.
- Preparation: Arrive on time, physically and mentally prepared for each class, including setup and breakdown of equipment.
- Individual Attention: Provide hands-on attention to children, adapting to their needs and abilities.
- Reliable Transportation: Own a reliable vehicle and be willing to travel up to 45 minutes one-way to reach class locations.
- Health and Safety: Be fully vaccinated, subject to legally required exemptions, and provide proof of vaccination as required.
- Personal Qualities: Be punctual, willing to learn, and open to feedback, with a strong motivation to work with children.
- Experience: Prior experience working with children is preferred, but not required.
We require our Youth Sports Coaches to be available for weekday afternoons and evenings (3:30 pm - 7 pm), as well as weekend mornings (8:30 am - 1 pm).
