- Troubleshoot mechanical issues with diesel engines, hydraulic systems, and electrical components.
- Ensure all equipment operates efficiently and effectively, with minimal downtime.
- Communicate effectively with the team to resolve mechanical issues and improve equipment performance.
Requirements:
- 1+ year of experience in automotive mechanics, with a focus on diesel engines.
- Maintenance experience required; diesel experience preferred.
- Ability to provide own tools (preferred but not required).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to follow preventative maintenance schedules.
