Job Description

We're seeking experienced Women's Health & Gynecology Nurse Practitioners to join our patient care team in Franklin, Tennessee. As a physician-founded practice, we understand the challenges medical providers face daily. Our mission is to educate, advocate for, and empower our patients.

Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive care, offering a wide range of gynecological and women's health services, with a focus on traditionally underserved patient specialties such as menopause and sexual health.
  • Deliver patient-centric care with appointment times up to 40 minutes, ensuring patients have the time and attention they deserve.
  • Focus solely on gynecology and women's health, with no obstetrics after confirmation of pregnancy.
  • Perform in-office procedures, including colposcopies, endometrial biopsies, and IUD insertions/removals.
  • Collaborate within a culture of female leadership, empowerment, and growth, working closely with our team of OBGYNs, healthcare providers, aestheticians, and referral partners.
Requirements
  • At least 3-5 years of work experience in Women's Health, Gynecology, or Urogynecology.
  • At least 1 year of experience treating menopause and/or sexual dysfunction-related conditions.
  • ISSWSH or NAMS training (desired but not required).
  • Active, unrestricted NP or PA license in Tennessee.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) required.
