We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Consultant to join our team at TÜV SÜD America. As a Senior Consultant, you will play a key role in evaluating property loss control exposures at client facilities and developing recommendations to mitigate risks.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct property loss control surveys to evaluate property and business interruption exposures
- Develop recommendations based on NFPA standards and other relevant guidelines
- Evaluate automatic fire protection and water supply systems
- Report and evaluate building construction, occupancy, special, and natural hazards
- Develop loss estimates based on scenarios such as the Maximum Foreseeable Loss
- Provide training and peer review for other consultants
- Serve as a technical resource to other consultants
- Four-year college degree
- May hold certifications such as Professional Engineer License (PE) or Certified Fire Protection Specialist (CFPS)
- 3-5 years of consulting experience
- Ability to manage workload and communicate effectively
- Recognized technical expertise
- Computer literate
